After thoroughly evaluating our system, CSM Lucerne chose Event Commander in June 2012. An important aspect was Event Commander’s ability to run smoothly on Internet Explorer 8, because their IT-infrastructure for security reasons only allowed this browser. is a known entity among promotion agencies and active in all of Switzerland – a short time ago celebrated its tenth anniversary. The company plans assignments and provides personnel for promotions, sales, hosting, events, catering and security. is famous for providing all stewards and hostesses employed for any event in the Letzigrund stadium. This project in particular presented enormous organizational challenges regarding stadium security and was the decisive factor in choosing Event Commander in August 2011. It was quickly recognized that Event Commander was optimally suitable for the planning and accounting of all projects in every business area. has been using Event Commander since January 2012 for personnel planning of all their projects. With the automatic interface for the ERP-Software Proffix, for which took a leading role in development and deployment, the entire salary and personnel data can be synchronized between Proffix and Event Commander. In this way, an automatic and efficient payroll accounting has been achieved which remains unequaled in the industry.

MAAG Music & Arts AG

MAAG Music Hall, together with the Club Härterei in Zurich, has made a name for itself throughout Switzerland for hosting large concerts, club parties, and also the production well-known musicals. For organizing and producing their many events, MAAG Music & Arts employs a pool of experienced freelance staff who know exactly what to do on such an evening. Because of this, MAAG Music & Arts AG has spent considerable time searching for a suitable tool for planning the assignments of their freelance staff. In Event Commander they found exactly what they had been looking for. Event Commander has been in use at this renowned location since July 2012. Our iPad-App has proved itself extremely useful, as it gives the project managers the ability to very efficiently record presence and work times of each employee. Shortly after introducing this system, MAAG Music & Arts considered including a further automation and set up an interface with their ERP-Software Sage. Thereby, at the end of the month, all payroll data from Event commander is imported into Sage where the many pay slips are precisely and efficiently generated.


Eventicum is an events agency domiciled in Bern that specializes in the development of a variety of projects in live communication: customer presentation, personnel events, congresses, workshops, exhibitions, sponsoring performances, promotions and samplings. For the comprehensive realization of their projects Eventicum deploys a large pool of freelance staff who are called upon according to need. Eventicum has been using our System Event Commander since February 2012 in order to ensure the complicated coordination of its freelance staff. Because Eventicum employs a modern IT-infrastructure using Mac computers, it was very important for Event Commander to run smoothly on Macs. As Event Commander is a web-based application, this technical requirement could be met without any problem.
